Delete your data

The short version: your food log lives only on your phone. Uninstall the app and it's gone. There is no account and no copy anywhere else.

To delete everything on your phone

1. Press and hold the Calorie Confessional icon.
2. Tap Uninstall.

That removes your food log, your diary, your weight entries, your saved confessions and your settings. We cannot recover them afterwards, because we never had them.

What our server holds, and for how long

When the app asks the AI for a calorie estimate, our server sees a random installation ID (a number the app made up, not your name or email) and keeps a request counter against it so nobody can run up the bill. Those counters expire on their own within 48 hours. The server does not store your food text, your photos or your voice.

So two days after you uninstall, nothing about you exists anywhere.

If you want it done sooner, or want it in writing

Email us. Put "Delete my data" in the subject. We will delete any counters tied to your install the same day we read it, and reply to confirm. No questions asked, and we do not need to know who you are to do it.
